41 new Thrivent Financial Reps from across the country took time during their week-long Academy to be part of an Action Team which assembled birthday bags for less fortunate children. Reps were quick to embrace Thrivent’s purpose “to serve our members and society by guiding both to be wise with money and live generously.”
Everyone who participated is receiving a print of their group photo to put in their office as a great reminder of being a Cheerful Giver and living generously!

My company, Access Eco, Inc. manufactures specialized organic lip balms and every once in a while we have overruns that exceed industry norms. We have many options on how to responsibly dispose, distribute or donate these extras, but our favorite way is to let Cheerful Givers put them to use in the birthday gift bags they graciously prepare for families in need of assistance.
The occasion of a child’s birthday is one of those special times in a family’s history when the deepest, most human bonds are able to be developed. These are the very bonds that a family needs in order to persevere in adverse times together. Cheerful Givers understand this – and we are proud to be able to help out in any way we can.
Fun to share an “Aha Moment” with Mutual of Omaha about the impact of Cheerful Givers on the lives of those who are less fortunate. We appreciate the opportunity to spread the word!
