2010 was another exciting year for Cheerful Givers. 52,227 less fortunate children were able to experience the joy of receiving a birthday gift from their parents.
2010 Accomplishments
- 52,227 less fortunate children received birthday gift bags
- 4,351 volunteers donated 8,684 hours valued at $181,061
- 589 individuals made financial contributions
- In-kind donations valued at $1,098,021
- President honored as Minnesota Vikings Hometown Hero
- Created and distributed monthly e-newsletter to more than 3,500 subscribers
- Designed and produced monthly media e-alerts
- Introduced Cheerful Givers to many corporations, schools, church and civic groups
