Al, who is 91, looks forward to every Wednesday afternoon at 1 pm when he can do something that’s going to bring lots of joy to 50 more kids.  Pauline recalls that “Growing up we lived on a farm and I didn’t realize that you got gifts for your birthday.”  This amazing group of 78-91 year-olds at the Ecumen Seasons in Apple Valley talked about how “Filling birthday bags is teamwork and everyone cooperates.”  When asked what they like the best, they all seemed to agree it’s “doing something for someone else.”
