O/BON USA is a brand new producer and supplier of eco-friendly stationery items in the USA. Run primarily by students, the company specializes in pencils made from recycled newspaper, notebooks made of sugarcane paper, and folders and binders made of recycled cardstock. They stress the importance of education and design products with the hope that both kids and adults will learn something new about the environment through their use.

Helai Karimi of O’BON sent us some fun folders with their theme “Protect Wildlife” for our birthday bags. When asked why they chose to donate to Cheerful Givers, Helai said “Because we feel that a direct and supportive relationship with kids is extremely important. By reaching out to kids at a young age, we will succeed in creating a smart, informed and responsible generation. Collectively, we will make this world a better, healthier and clearner place to live.”
