Kids Helping Kids

Mentors and mentees from the Kids ‘n Kinship program supported the efforts of Cheerful Givers on national Make A Difference Day by filling 500 birthday gift bags.
Special guests participating in the event were Brooke Kilgarriff, Miss Minnesota 2009 and Marianne Richmond, children’s book author.
Event sponsors inlcuded Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and the Buscaglia Foundation. Gift bags are being donated to the Community Action Council, Eagan Resource Center as well as various shelters and food shelves in Minnesota.
