While their husbands were busy winning the baseball game, MN Twins wives were busy filling birthday bags with toys they purchased earlier in the day.

Claudia Cuddyer helped organize the group with a shopping spree at Target in the morning and gift bag assembly in the Metrodome during the game.  These birthday bags are now being distributed by Second Harvest Heartland to shelters and food shelves throughout Minnesota for parents who can’t afford to give their child a birthday gift.  Thanks to their efforts, 128 less fortunate kids will now be able to have a Happy Birthday.
